Word of Mouth
I had a 3 week lesson on Customer Service before.
This teacher who i couldnt remember her name keep telling us about how powerful word of mouth could be.
She teach me and teach me
Explain and explain.
say and say
go all over again
say from sunrise to sunset
from singapore to Holland.
i still dun believe word of mouth is powerful!
but today i experience the power of it!
Its lunch time.
i happily walk to the fastfood canteen
and ordered my food and
i eat and eat and eat
then i happily go down to the lunch time performance at atrium.
so i stand there and wait for the performance of ballroom.
so when i was happily waiting
few friend pass by and say hi.
then i saw one big group of class past by.
they went to took temperature taking.
then when they came out
Huimin rush over and slap me
Huimin:"Eh! I saw your GIRLFRIEND! Your girlfriend performing ar?! No wonder u stand here waiting!"
Weiqing:"ya"
(if u can notice, my response is only just a "ya" its less than 10% of the whole conversation)
Within just one MINUTE!
JUST 1 MINUTE.
The whole group came over and ask me
WAH! YOUR GF PERFORMING AR?! EH WE SIT DOWN AND WATCH LEHS!
WEIQING! WHERES THE BANNER?!
LATER WE MUST SHOUT PEISHAN! PEISHAN! PEISHAN! PEISHAN! OK?!
my jaws drop with not a single tooth left
thats really "Word Of Mouth"
Haha.it was a pity that couldnt really see babe dancing.
but i swear i look at babe direction even though i couldnt really see her.
and i was praying for everything to went smoothly :)
and it did =)
You arent just a girlfriend
probably a little bit more
more than just a girlfriend.
definitely much more impt than oxygen
Something that i need/wants/demand for survival everday :)
